From our line to your doorstep, the route is short and soft. Stage by stage:

  1. The checkout

    Your order goes straight to the partner storefront, which sets speed, cost and carrier. Members of its delivery program usually see the fastest windows.

  2. The parcel

    Textiles travel light and forgiving — no fragile stickers, no signatures, nothing a cold truck can hurt. Tracking lives in the storefront's order history.

  3. The doorstep

    Pads and blankets arrive folded tight; give them a first wash to fluff the flannel and set the layers before the inaugural deployment.

  4. The first pin-up

    Lay the pad silicone-side down, let the household inspector sniff it once, and the system is live. Two per station if you like the rotation running from day one.
