The care label
Back in the wash
Sometimes a textile goes back — wrong size, wrong color, a household veto. The honest answers:
Where do returns actually happen?
On the partner storefront, always — under the return policy shown on the product page the day you bought. Start from its order history; we can point but can't carry the basket.
What travels back easiest?
Unwashed, unused textiles in original packaging. Refund timing and drop-off options belong to the retailer, and it runs them briskly.
It's been washed and field-tested. Now what?
A used pad is a veteran, not a return. But if one of ours failed unreasonably fast — a seam gone, a barrier leaking early — we want to know: write through the storefront's support and we'll make it right.
The return is stuck mid-cycle. Who do I ping?
Write wash@qeils.org and we'll point you at the right counter. We can't process anything ourselves, but our pointing is freshly laundered.
